Ran my mile as part of a 7 mile trail run with the Rush Running group. Beautiful morning here in the Ozark Mountains.

I remembered! A lovely no-sweat morning in Houston. 1 mile on the street as part of my 1.25 miles.

erik - you only get one of those one miles...no doubling up! 3/8 reporting in....

I figure there could be a late entry up to about monday since I allowed for a postmark of Nov. 1st, but they would still have to comment today to stay in the challenge even if they mailed it late...so by tonight we will know if it is just the 8 of us.

Road my bike to work this morning, then I ran home this afternoon (direct route - 7 miles). I'm still in.

An absolutely beautiful day in central Ohio.

Day One and I'm still in the game, ALRIGHT!

Just got back from 1 mile on the track (didn't want to overexert myself on the first day :)

Whoa Josh...conserving energy on the one mile day? Sounds like you plan on being the most stubborn amongst us! I am going to run my 2 miles at 12:01 am tonight if I am still awake...get it out of the way nice and early....
