A sweet sixteen miles through Grandview and Upper Arlington with my Human Powered Racing teammates. A little windy, but no rain today.
Michael, I have become a bit of a MSU fan since they hired Mark Dantonio. I have been impressed with Dantonio since he was the defensive coordinator at OSU. Next week I become a huge MSU fan. Go Spartie.
Hey, we are over half way though the month. It's all down hill from here (:
I ran the Route 66 half marathon this morning with some of my friends from home. I helped one get a PR with a 2:23:41. Which worked out as a great pace for me. I got my extra three miles in with a two mile warm up before the race and a two mile cool down after the race thanks to the distant parking lot. Looking forward to the long week time will be the biggest enemy for all of us I believe.
Ran 16+ miles from Castroville, CA to Fishermans Wharf in Monterey, CA via the Coastal bike trail. Sam rode alongside me. H eis the MAN!! It was extremely HOT. Pics and video soon to be on my blog.
Mike is it really that many miles already? Whoah!!!
Ted, that is a nioe way to put it that its all downhill form here!!:)
12 in the morning with SERC in Solon, Ohio. The snow was blowing...really wasn't bad when the wind stopped. Ran 4+ on the treadmil at the fitness center a 5pm while watching football...did you know you can cover over a quarter of mile during a commerical break?
Is it cheating if I run on a treadmill set 3 degrees downhill? 5 degrees? 90? Got a new appreciation of the beach tonight -- you can run in the dark without tripping over anything. Ran south on Coronado island (San Diego)and back. Some pain in my left fibula in the last 2 miles. I decided to walk just to be safe. Time for me to start carrying my headlamp around -- i have my stuff scattered over 3 domiciles and it's not at this one.
Michael Ward. And now you are down to 5. Sorry boys. I headed out for my run and made it about 3miles to the realization that I am pretty spent physically. Just out of juice overall. Time would have killed me tomorrow or later this week anyway but it was mostly just physically tired that made me drop. I have really enjoyed this and feel like i have exceeded my goal when I started (goal was 12 days) and man I will be in great shape for Turkey day. I wish you all the best and i am really looking forward to seeing the 5 of you duke it out over the next several weeks. Best of luck to you all! Michael Ward Dropped on Day 16!

well, answer this...would it be cheating to run some downhill course outside for 16 miles and get a ride back?
I think you were just teasing anyhow Erik as treadmills:
A. don't have negative incline options generally
B. would be very awkward to run on if set and a decline physically
You guys are doing awesome! I can't wait to see the 20+ mile days get here!
