Good work fellas!! I'm glad I got out when I did. Now I can just sit back and enjoy the show :)

I agree with Josh. I tried to keep it up but I dropped out yesterday...just couldn't continue after starting my run yesterday. Just no more gas in the tank, plus the time issue is really getting difficult.
Good luck to the final-5! You guys enjoy your week of long runs! Like Josh said, I will enjoy sitting back and watching it unfold from the comfort of my home after some short 3m & 5m runs.
Michael Ward. Dropped on day 16.

Mike, I gotta keep runnin just to see what graphic you are going to put up for the day. I suspect that you have more images than I have miles left in my legs.

Seventeen miles though a variety of neighborhoods and along the Olentangy bike path. When I started there were snow flurries and a dusting of snow on the lawns, but it quickly melted away.

Ran 17+ at the fitness center on 3 different treadmills, plus 2 more miles walking. I sure was there a long time.
Beginning to question my sanity.

I finally found my dollar store pedometer and decided to see if I was cheating. Looks like I'm really doing those miles.

17 miles off-treadmill, mostly in world-class Balboa Park in San Diego. There are some dirt trails, a lot of concrete, and lots of grass but not continuous. When it got dark I had to get off the trails and do boring back and forths under the lights on the grass. Did cleanup miles on the median of the main drag on Coronado. The body is handling it fine, as long as I stay on soft surfaces. I'm guessing I'll make it another 5 days.

After 3.5 hours of being home I was back for a soaking wet, feet sloshing, cold, non-stop rainy 17 miles around the hood. I got to test out my Moeben sleeves though. they worked well to keep me warm even though I was soaked and it was nice to see my family again.

Mike say it isn't so! I sent in 17+ miles for yesterday at 10pm and when I check the computer this morning I am out. I ran 8 miles in the morning 2 in the afternoon and 4+ at speedwork last night then 3 last night watching MNF.

Jeff,

I will move you off the DROPPED list. I am going to modify so comments don't need moderated and you can see them when you post.

If you get this, RUN today...I really thought you just dropped silently from the pack....

Mike
