Just One.....More....Mile! and I will be free!Happy Thanksgiving Guys!
So you GET to spend part of your day running for others...what could be more appropriate? Thankful for our health, thankful for our friends, our families. Thankful for the perspective that pushing myself from time to time lends me. Thankful for those who inspire us (I can think of TWO real quick right now...)
Thankful for all those who have come before us to allow us to be who we are today, in our careers, in our personal endeavors whether they be spiritual, athletic, or other.

Out the door at 5:20 and into work at 8:30, for 20 miles.
A stretch of my run to work heads directly east, so I got to watch a particularly nice sunrise on this clear and crisp morning.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

7 miles running home from work on an absolutely beautiful day in central Ohio.
Time to eat.
