This is what I imagine Erik's 29th mile might look like.
29 freaking days of this! I am amazed guys. Now I believe you can go past 30. Josh, get your cash flow ready man!

Well that looks like my 29th mile in that the car I left 28 miles ago is nowhere to be seen.
Actually my 29th mile will probably be on the beach, as were my first 14 this morning. Back and forth and back and forth. There's this strange (painless) clicking above both my Achilles tendons; i assume it's from last night's beach run.
Mike I like these word verifications -- we need to come up with some definitions for them.
Recommendation for next year: allow a grace period for the blogging -- i've had some trouble getting computer access at some locations, and a couple of times (e.g. last night) it was down to the wire.

12 more miles in parks and on city streets. 3 to go. I finally found the ideal pace -- the fastest you can go while texting.
Word verification: "gartive" -- adjective. The style of protecting something or someone while hiding behind a bush. "That's a gartive dog."
19 miles on the bike path near home this morning, 8 miles on the bike path near work this afternoon and finally 2 miles through the neighborhood this evening.

I am debating the grace period on posting the run. On the surface I want to agree with it, but also see where it is fair to everyone if midnight local is upheld.
So - just waiting on Erik's last 3 for today.

Last 3 miles on city streets and parks. A 7 year-old was setting the pace part of the way.
I wish I had a bikepath. Or at least some knowledge about bikepathology.
Wish all you want, but you know that is for bikepathologists. Ted might know one he can refer you to.
30 looms....
Wow, before the challenge started I thought someone would hit 30. Then with only 9 entrants to start this year, I had some doubts....but Wow.
As I ran my little 4 miler tonight, I felt so out of the league that you guys are in, that I had a hard time comprehending running 29 today, AND planning on 30 tomorrow.
Erik - have you run ultras? I can't remember from our talks together if you had.
