I ran to work this morning. I did my typical 7 mile route plus one more mile in Sharon Woods metro park. My direct route runs directly in front of the Anheuser Bush brewery. With the right breeze you can almost taste the beer just by running by. Mmmm..Beer.

Good luck to Ed today. With 88 miles of point to point single track Pinhoti should be a challenging run.

My guess for total miles - 2000.

12 "easy" miles with SERC in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park this morning. Most all the leaves have fallen...me too...brought some mud home today.

8 miles. 5 on trail 3 on track. I think this next week is going to really get this challenge rolling! I think it would be pretty impressive if all 8 of us got through this 77 mile week. Lets do it!!

Watching Dirty Harry makes running easy: 8 on a treadmill in Eugene.

I ran Bike trail again today from 5-7pm. Light the first 4m and dark the last 4m. Weekend running is so nice...you can fit it in to any part of the day and you can enjoy it a bit more too I think. Had to break out the running pants and jacket tonight since it is down in the low 40's here in Cincinnati and a bit chilly after dark. Dreading the days where it get so bad you have to hit the treadmill, however watching a good college football or basketball game (Michigan State Fan & Grad) makes the running and go by quick. I would imagine Dirty Harry would do the trick too Erik.
Ed, we hope you had a great day of running and rest easy knowing that you ran more miles today than the remaining 8 of us ran combined today! Hope it was a great run for ya!

Like a school kid putting off his project til the last minute, I just finished my 8. Have my daughters for the weekend and we did a lot today, including seeing the new Madagascar movie....then came home and rushed out for 8. Ran 6 of it and walked 2 in a Run/Walk pattern of 3 laps run/1 lap walk.

Planning a later 9 tomorrow night too.

Since I think Devon is the only to go after me, and he has +5 hours, we probably all made it through today....come on Devon!

I AM STILL IN!!! I am sucking big time though!! I have a huge head cold but I am training through it. I did 5+ miles out on the singletrack through the rainforest, past a 100ft. waterfall, up a mountain and back down. Then at 2000 I walked the last 2.5 miles to make it 8 + miles. If you want to see the footage check out my blog. It is time for bed now. Jah Bless and Mahalo Nui Loa!!
