4 miles today people!
Has anyone run any miles on treadmill yet? I haven't seen any. Any race miles yet? Also not sure on that.
I would like to post that I think we are going to receive a "non-runner" donation to add into the pot of our donations to charity...not sure, but someone (you know who you are) indicated a relative might contribute!
Also - if you didn't see it in the comments yesterday, would everyone please state what charity you would donate to if you are the LMS? (henceforth - Last Man Standing - next year may be altered to LRS - Last Runner Standing if we get some lady runners....this year we can be sexist.)

I got in an early four miles through the neighborhood, then off to vote.

Mike I have come up with a new marketing ploy for you. "To be 'First' in this race you have to be L.A.S.T." Which stands for Last Athlete Standing Tomorrow.
4 miles in the desert sand at dawn, inspecting Border Patrol troops in New Mexico. Lots of tracks: of vehicles, kangaroo rats and trains. Only one other track of a human.
My charity is Mercy Ministries. They give young women a hand in freeing their lives of abuse and self-abuse.

Ran 4 miles at an easy pace on the trails this morning. This is my last day as I'm tapering for a race on Saturday.
Thanks again Mike for offering the challenge! Although I only participated a few days, it's showed me that I could run several days in a row -- if motivated sufficiently. Thanks also for the opportunity to donate to worthy causes, as chosen by fellow runners.
Good Luck to ALL!
My run went down on my neighborhood streets over my lunch break. 4 miles, I am in.
Ed, sorry to hear you stop, but did you remember, you CAN walk your distance if you are tapering...just an idea. No pressure.
Looks like I am #4 on day 4...5 of you to go.
My tomorrow run will be in Corpus Christi, TX....I am there tomorrow til the afternoon.
Name: Jeff Genova
Time: 16:50 cst
Run: Walk 4 miles to the polls and back (needed to rest after speed last night). Trails tomorrow!!
Michael Ward.
Ran my nice easy 4m after work today. Now the choice of the evening: Watch the Election Drama unfold or put in the "Forrest Gump" dvd which for some reason I have never seen before. Non-running friends are "Shocked" I haven't seen this movie....usually too busy out running to watch TV and movies... I guess I prefer to "live Life" rather than watch others lives on the tube....

4 miles nice and easy on the track. I didn't feel like running at all today, but also didn't feel like being dropped from the challenge on day 4 :) I had one of those runs where all I could think about was what I was going to eat when I got done.

Day 4 - all through. I am in Corpus Christi...will run here tomorrow morning.
