2 miles as part of 13+ mile 4th annual RunWithEd.com Zombie run. The run is where as a group we do the area's Metroparks Fall Hiking Spree ( 8 different trails in 7 different parks for this year )in one morning.
2 miles with the baby in the jogger this evening...6 year old ran along side for 1.33...11 year old ran the whole way and pushed the last .67 after the 6 year old dropped off...
Ran 2miles on the local bike trail with my 8year old daughter Emily on her bike and my 12year old dog (Yellow lab) Angel along as well. So how did the 3 of us finish? Emily 1st; I was 2nd and "Old Yeller" dragging behind. One of the hard parts of this ONE-MORE-MILE will probably be juggling time schedules with life's other commitments of family, work, etc. Even with the most intense pre-race training you can always count on a day of rest or some "Short run days" to help out when time is scarce. Can’t wait to discover weather it will be life commitments or the end of my physical ability that will ultimately take me out. Sunday Nov, 2nd 10:00pm EST.
