What month are you going to start the 1 more mile? I need some movivation to get me offn my backside. All I need is one non-lazy person to get me started.

It was going to be today, but I have been busy and lazy too...so I did not promote it enough. I only received one entry so far (Ted N)
So I think it would be best if we move the start a month or two back and I can promote it. The only hangup I have for Dec. 1 is that it means anyone still in the challenge is running 25 on christmas day and so on...a lot might not like that, BUT on the other hand, how many people were still left last year at day 25? I think just you and Ted.
Let me know what you think. Dec. 1, Jan. 1 might be neat and symbolic.
Well congratulations to Ted. I'd have had a hard time this month. January is fine with me. Who doesn't need a mile run on the first?
I've never been in such good shape as last year when I was trying to keep up with Ted, so even if he were the only one, he would get me motivated.
